Powerful enough to observe distant objects and featuring a generous objective lens for a bright image, the 10×50 Crossfire HD Binoculars from Vortex are a solid choice for an all-around optic. The binoculars’ 6′ close-focus distance is ideal for watching nearby birds, animals or insects, and they can be mounted on a tripod with a separately sold adapter for the steadiest view or hands-free use. A Vortex GlassPak harness is included for comfortable use during hours of observation.

The Crossfire HD delivers views with minimal chromatic aberration, exceptional color fidelity, edge-to-edge sharpness, and optimal light transmission through the use of high definition glass, an index-matched lens configuration, XR Plus anti-reflective coating, and phase-correcting roof prisms. The housing is nitrogen-filled for fog and waterproof performance, and rubber armored for a non-slip grip. The short bridge provides plenty of space for your hands, and the large focusing knob is easy to use, even while wearing gloves. Twist-down eyecups accommodate users who wear glasses.
