SKU: 4467 Category: Complete Uppers DescriptionAn affordable upper assembly without cutting corners. This means using a nitrided steel gas block from an American Manufacturer as opposed to aluminum, quality American Made handguards, from Fortis Manufacturing, and pairing these components with a solid Stainless Steel Spiral Fluted Midlength barrel chambered in .223 Wylde with a 1:8 twist rate. The 1:8 twist provides the shooter the freedom to pick from a wider selection of bullet weights. From 55gr target rounds to 69gr match bullets, this barrel will stabilize them all.
This also means taking the time to ensure that the upper will function reliably. We use Permatex 242 on key components while using mil-spec AEROSHELL 33MS Anti-Seize grease on the properly torqued barrel nut and muzzle device.
