The 590 Tactical comes in a synthetic black stock that is designed to withstand extreme weather conditions while also being lighter than a traditional wood stock. The rear of the stock also includes a sling swivel attachment point and a rubber recoil reduction pad to soften the recoil of heavier self-defense loads. The fore-end has finger grooves to give you a better grip when working the action and has a sling swivel attachment point at the end of the magazine tube. The end of the barrel has a simple bead sight which helps making when taking quick shots at moving targets and is great for close quarters.
