The Griffin Armament Suppressor Optimized Buffer features a unique staggered impact, dual urethane buffered design that improves reliability when running a suppressed rifle. The AR-SOB utilizes CNC machined internal brass weights with a Nitride treated steel housing and telescoping buffer head that allows for tighter tolerances and a smoother running weapon system. The combination of all these features increases dwell time, reduces bolt speed, and enhanced chambering reliability. This AR-15 buffer weighs 4.9 ounces and can also be used as a replacement for AR-308 H2 and H3 buffers when used with an AR-10 Mil-Spec carbine receiver extension and action spring.
