NFA Item Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations with Full refunds of NFA items are only possible if a cancellation request is received & acknowledged before the transfer process has been initiated. Initiation of the transfer process is defined as: The ATF form 3 which allows us to transfer the NFA item to your selected dealer has been submitted to the ATF. The ATF form 3 submission typically occurs 1-3 days after your order is placed, depending on order volume and processing times. Cancellations and partial refunds are still possible up until the point the NFA item is shipped to your FFL dealer. Below are the fees that will apply at the various stages of NFA item order processing:

• Order Received – Form 3 not yet submitted: Full refund
• Form 3 Submitted – Not yet approved by ATF: 10% Processing Fee
• Form 3 Approved by ATF – Item not Shipped: 20% Processing Fee
• Form 3 Approved by ATF – Item shipped: No refund
• Form 4 Submitted – Disapproved/Returned without action: 35% Processing Fee + return shipping costs*
  *NOTE: This may not always be possible and requires us to successfully recover the NFA item from your dealer with original packaging and in NEW condition. If we are unable to recover the NFA item in the condition stated above, no refund is possible.

Not content with excellence, our design team took the M4SD II through a series of enhancements to bring you a superlative 5.56mm QD sound suppressor. Forged in the fires of Mount Doom, the new M4SD II (Mod 4) begins life as over ten inches of 17-4 stainless, tool steel, bar stock. We have found 17-4 to provide markedly superior wear resistance, as compared to softer high nickle alloys of good reputation in industry. The heart of the M4SD II suppressor is a billet machined “chassis” (tube body), with integrated muzzle device bearing surfaces, which houses the internal components. The “chassis” provides a housing substantially stronger than the strongest tube materials currently available. Through extensive, costly and time intensive machining of the “chassis”, a tube structure of superior geometry is derived. The chassis is encompassed by a series of flutes surrounded by supporting structures affording enhanced strength to weight ratio- coupled with a 40% increase of surface area for unparalleled cooling. The M4SD II has surface area comparable to 7.62mm suppressors on the market. Reducing the internal operating temperature of the suppressor yields a superior product with a level of durability beyond that of current market options. Monolithic structure of the blast chamber and tube maximizes safety factor and provides maximum theoretical temperature transfer, allowing heat to normalize, mitigating the effects of erosion to baffle surfaces. Integrated at the request of elite tactical units, the included flash suppressor front cap further reduces flash signature in pursuit of suppressed superiority.

The M4SD II uses our Patented high efficiency baffle technology. Our patented baffling provides high performance coupled with low system backpressure for optimal reliability. The M4SD II offers users a wide range of mounting options using our variety M4SD mounts and compatible A2 compensators.

The M4SD II brings advanced CNC manufacturing, wire EDM, TIG fusion and filler rod welding, together in one full spectrum product.

Unique to Griffin M4SD family suppressors is it’s SDQD mounting interface. The mounting system is one of the fastest on the market and accommodates the A2 nato compensator as well as Griffin’s proprietary performance rich muzzle device options.

Additionally the M4SD mounting system does not suffer from the wear prone issues of ratcheting systems common to the marketplace.
Our mounting system was designed to provide trouble free use. The mounts of the M4SD II sound suppressor are precision ground to six ten thousandths of an inch for minimal, repeatable and completely dependable point of impact shift. Silencer interface was designed to fit the USGI A2 government contract compliant muzzle devices. We cannot guarantee fitment with an A2 style compensator due to the broad tolerance range of both import and domestic devices from various brands. For guaranteed fitment, we recommend the purchase a Griffin mount.
