The Comp Mag AR-15 Magazine is designed with California compliance in mind and comes with a bunch of features to make your life easier. It features a fixed design that cannot be removed unless the firearm is disassembled allowing you to keep all the features you want on your rifle. It features a side load mechanism that allows you to easily load rounds into the magazine. No permanent modification is required during installation, so you can easily convert it back to a standard magazine fed rifle if you plan on going to less restrictive states. It is constructed from crush resistant polymer and features a 17-7 stainless steel follower spring, locking plate, and is compatible with standard AR-15 lower receivers.
